update

Image hosting by TinyPic

The above item is a mattel intellivison circa early 1980s. This is what I was just given a few minutes ago by a co worker who has been cleaning out her basement. This made my day. I had to drive 4 hour round trip to Erie PA for work. SO this was definitally unexpected.

I was requested to update, and I planned on it last friday. These past two weekends have been busy/fun. 2 weekends ago Cathie and I drove to St. Louis for my niece's 9th birthday. we left friday after work and had about a 9 hour car trip in my old van (lovingly known as the "beast from the east"). we had a short but fun time down there. I got to see my sisters and there family. and our team came in third in a fund raising trivia night. we also went to the Anheuser-Busch brewery for a tour, however they were all booked up. in all my years I have never had that happen.

This past weekend Cathie and I went with my parents to Chicago, actually Arlinton heights, for my aunts 70th birthday party. Cathie wanted to meet that side of my family before the wedding and this was the perfect chance. we left early saturday morning and stayed saturday night coming home early sunday. Then I had to go to Erie this morning. My poor van is getting a lot of use lately. So that is it as of now. Last but not least I can not forget the wedding plans. it'll be here before I know it. I am excited and we still have a few things to finalize. I'll write more about that later. I need to get back to work, lol, hope all is well with everyone.

Not to much going on. there is a van update. I have been with out my car for about a week. Chrysler is repairing my ABS for free. I did some research and found out there was a recall in 96, score! however i prob won't get it back till next week.

The above pic is to commemorate my finding K-pez. I was cleaning around my apt and found him. D-ram, you still have yours? K-pez for the ladies (pronounced lad-ez) HA HA.
